The purpose of the contract resulting from this solicitation is web site content management services for the Alaska Energy Efficiency Partnership (AEEP or Partnership) web site, akenergyefficiency.org. 1.2 Minimum Contractor Requirements to Respond Offerors interested in responding to this request must meet the following minimum requirements. Except as noted, the Offerors may meet these requirements through the use of qualified employees of the Offeror or through subContractors. 1. Demonstrated understanding of energy efficiency and conservation (EE&C) concepts and practices; 2. Demonstrated ability to work with other energy efficiency and energy conservation stakeholders both in and not in the Alaska Energy Efficiency Partnership to promote EE&C; 3. Demonstrated familiarity with website management and the ability to proficiently use a content management system; and 4. Demonstrated familiarity with the unique social and political realities influencing Alaska’s ability to implement energy efficiency and conservation measures.
